All-Over-Wall Metallic:
PROCEED™ Smooth Transparent Texture

Products:

• PROCEED Smooth Transparent Texture
  
• PROCEED Dispersion Titanium White

Brushes and Tools:

• Tape
• Palette Knife
• Rubber Comb

Painting Instructions:

Step 1: Blend Titanium White Dispersion into Smooth Transparent Texture, (less than 10% dispersion).

Step 2: Apply tape to Surface, creating desired design.

Step 3: With a texture blade or spackle knife, apply PROCEED Smooth Transparent Texture onto the surface allowing the base color to show in places.

Step 4: Remove tape to expose base coat surface.

Step 5: Drag rubber comb through texture in smooth pattern across the stripe texture and open base coated surface.  Allow to dry.

Important: Golden Artist Colors provides these recipes as points of departure for exploring Golden products in faux finishing applications.

GOLDEN strongly recommends samples be created before attempting to apply these techniques to walls, some techniques will be difficult to remove or to cover at a later date.
